Impact Visual Branding is a Luton-based marketing and AI agency for small businesses, founded by Isha Gupta. We have been helping small businesses in Luton, Bedfordshire, London and across the UK since 2022.
From the shop floor to AI systems
Isha learned marketing from the business owner's side of the counter — years managing customer service operations in high-street retail, then setting up and running an independent mobile repair shop. She knows what a quiet Tuesday feels like, what a lease costs, and why "brand awareness" doesn't pay the rent.
Impact Visual Branding was founded in 2022 to give small businesses the kind of marketing that owner-managers actually need: consistent social media, ads that bring enquiries, websites that work, and — increasingly — the AI systems that big companies use, sized and priced for small ones.
Today the agency runs on the same automation it sells: AI-assisted content systems, publishing workflows, and search visibility tooling, all built in-house. A lean setup plus systems that don't sleep — that's how the maths works in your favour.
